Masks

Drawings from my sketchbook of studies have been used to photo-transfer onto hand dyed natural scoured cotton. These pieces have then been machine quilted, with Armo fleece wadding. The work in this series was made for ‘Six Stories’ a touring exhibition and uses the Carnival Dancers from Ponte Caffaro in Northern Italy as inspiration.
