Pleats in Form

A 3D piece made in response to working with costume from the Bankfield Museum, Halifax. Hand dyed cotton, machine quilted and roller printed, with wire inserted in bound edges enabling piece to be free-standing. Made for the Knitting and Stitching Shows 2004 as a member of the Practical Study Group Exhibition 'Not what it Seams, First Thoughts'.
