In 1986 I joined the Morris Dance Teams, Martha Rhoden's Tuppenny Dish and The Shropshire Bedlams, the former as a dancer and the latter as a musician. This part of my life is very important and a few years ago realised the potential in using music and dance as inspiration for my work. Several ideas have been developed and used in pieces which can be seen in my gallery.

The instrument that I play is the piano accordion. The bellows are an intriguing part of this instrument and I am currently investigating this as a design source in my work.
