Two ongoing courses in drawing and painting, enabling students to really overcome their fears and develop their potential. Projects are set and explored in a number of different ways, with work being finally framed and exhibited… with such amazing achievements!
MOOR ART 1 sessions are on Wednesdays, MOOR ART 2 sessions at weekends and school holidays.
MOOR THREADS - Fridays
Students in this group are mainly textile based and have now set themselves up as an exhibiting group, under my mentorship. They are all exploring their own individual style and methods of working and my presence is to guide their creativity in new thought provoking and challenging ways. Membership to this group is through application/invitation.
All three groups will be having a joint exhibition at the Bear Steps Gallery, St Alkmunds Place, Shrewsbury SY1 1UH, from Sunday 3rd January to Saturday 16th January 2010
Workshops are based at my home, Moor Hall in
South Shropshire. The sessions run from 10am to 4pm. You can arrive
from 9.30 for refreshments. Please bring a packed lunch. The
studio space can be used after 4pm (untutored) if available, and
the gardens can be explored afterwards too. More
