Since last emailing you there have been two more courses to report on. A four-day one at my studio with Alice Fox and a two day 'Creative Sketchbook' Course I took at Art Van Go last week.

ALICE FOX

Land Marks ~ 4 day course

As one student cancelled at the last minute I decided to take the place myself and actual managed 3 out of the 4 days, which was a wonderful experience. Here are some of the results from the course.

If you like what you see do bare in mind that Alice will be returning next year for a two day course 'Making Colours' working from the natural surrounds. Watch out over the next week when courses for 2019 go live on my website.

ART VAN GO

Creative Sketchbooks ~ 2 days

This two-day course provided a number of techniques for filling a sketchbook, with students working from their own source material. Techniques included, preparing sketchbook pages, recording and drawing from their source with a variety of media, use of the photocopier, mono-printing, cutting, joining and stitching. Students soon had their sketchbooks bursting with ideas for further development.
