This workshop will aim to provide you with the skills to enable you to cut your own linocut design and print it onto paper, card or fabric. We will be exploring technique and pattern making in this workshop to arrive at a personalised design, but if you have an image or two that you might like to work from then please do bring them. They should be 10 x15 cm.
You will receive lots of practical, personalised support as the class size is limited to just 7 participants.
Most materials will be provided to include: Lino, water based ink and paper.
You are invited to bring some pieces of light coloured, plain weave, natural fabric to experiment on. There will also be some here to purchase. Please also bring an apron and any Linocut tools you may have.
